Details:
The word cool and its derivatives appear a mere two dozen times in this four page story. One of the three judges has a striking resemblance to 7-Up's Spot character of the 1980s. Another judge is reminiscent of a Vaughn Bode drawing. BLAAM!, "the country's first free, tabloid-sized comic book", is the only appearance of this rare, but forgettable comic.
